Established in 2012, this Amazon eCommerce business sells an array of sailing apparel and accessories for both men and women. The business derives 100% of its revenues from product sales via various sales channels which include; the business’ website, Amazon and corporate sales to retailers and boat crews.

The owners have developed a streamlined process whereby two employees fulfil orders day to day with another employee handling customer service queries (in 5 different languages). The team also includes a world sailing champion who guides customers by suggesting and recommending products/items that would best suit their needs.
With an efficient and streamlined process already in place (including an advanced shipping software that automatically creates shipping labels and uploads the tracking numbers), the sellers have agreed and are happy to continue running the day to day operations on behalf of the new owner for a flat monthly fee of $3,000 (plus variable costs).
Having the owners continue to run the day to day operations (order fulfilment, tracking shipments/deliveries, storage etc.) will greatly benefit the new owner(s) of the business as it will free them up to focus on the marketing and growing the business.
Customers are primarily based in the US, Canada and Asia but the business has also recently expanded operations to Europe, and have begun acquiring customers in the UK, France, Spain and Italy.
